I am a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over ten years of experience and the owner of Early Access, LLC. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and continued my graduate studies at Rush University in Speech-Language Pathology. I have experience in elementary schools, private clinics, home visiting, and research organizations. I developed a strong interest in program monitoring, evaluation, and policy, then earned an additional graduate degree in Public Administration and Policy at American University. I followed my interest in a disability-inclusive society by working on projects for American University Institute on Disability and Public Policy and The World Bank Group. In 2018, I was a Diversity Fellow with the Association of University Centers for Disabilities in which I received a certificate in Early Childhood Intervention at Georgetown University. I currently provide statewide technical assistance for early childhood special education programs.
